Position Description:

Multivision specializes in IT consulting, staff augmentation and IT
Workforce Development. As a Socially Responsible Company we have trained
and hired over 50 unemployed Americans since 2009. Senator Larry Pressler
is chairman of our Board of Advisors.

We are looking for Entry to Mid-level Software Developers for the following
job profiles.

1. Java/J2EE developer
2. .NET, C# and SharePoint Developer

Prerequisite:
. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
. Must have completed college graduation in Computer science or related
field.
. Prior programming experience in enterprise or college is a plus.

Pre-Employment Training:
. As a part of our hiring process, prior to beginning IT career, we train
our employees in the latest technologies that are currently hot on the
market. These technologies are Java/J2EE, Microsoft Technologies like .NET,
C# and SharePoint.
. Similar training outside usually amounts to at least 20k and under this
program it is absolutely FREE.
. Pre-employment training is paid.

Employment Preparation Breakdown
1.  5 weeks of employment-based training
2.  2 weeks of soft-skill strengthening

Training Advantages:
. We are approved training provider for the state of Virginia.
. We have hired more than 50 employees under this program (number should
change?).
