Description:
Job Summary
Participate in SAP business analysis tasks and provide first level support for SAP
business systems and participate in system implementation and development projects.
Essential Functions
o Understanding the operation and functionality of the Glanbia SAP Core Model,
with particular emphasis on Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset and Chart of Accounts Master Data.
o Assist in the support of the interface environment between SAP and non-SAP systems.
o Provide support to Glanbia Business Units operating the various SAP core modules.
o Assist in providing training to SAP users where required.
o Complete assigned master data and authorisations tasks relevant to the functional area.
o Assist in the go-live transition planning and execution, and provide post-go-live support.
o Assist in the ongoing development of new functionality in the Glanbia SAP model
o Participate in Glanbia SAP Core Model implementation in new and existing business units,
including temporary relocation during project timeframes.
o Provide daily and off-hours, on call support of SAP and SAP related applications
