Data Management Coordinator - CTUIR

The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation are seeking a
Data Management Coordinator to provide efficient strategies for data
management within the Department of Natural Resources.  The data management
coordinator would provide the link between the database developers, the
data collectors and the data consumers.   The data management coordinator
would seek out and document the pathways for the flow of information which
are used to inform policies within CTUIR government and reporting
requirements for funding agencies and other state and federal agencies.
The primary objectives for the data management coordinator would be to
inform the development of

. standardized data collection protocols,
. a spatially based relational database,
. development of customized decision support systems  to query information,
summarize data and automate reporting.
