Position

Software Developer

We are a downtown Eugene-based software company recruiting an entry-level developer to join our
team as we gear up to launch our mobile application.

The individual we are looking for is a self-motivated team player. S/he must handle change and the
unknown well. S/he will need to be able to work well in a team environment, and should be comfortable stating

opinions and embracing constructive criticism.

Tech Skills
• Structured Programming, LAMP—object oriented PHP, some MySQL experience, apache admin
and linux admin
• CSS, UX, HTML5, Java Script and server side Java a plus.

Duties will include
• Working with the team designing and implementing our corporate website
• Working with the team to port a backend tool from serverside Java to PHP
• Working with the team to design and implement a content publishing control system using
MySQL and PHP

Salary and Benefits
• Salary negotiable based upon skills and experience
• 15 days annually for vacation and sick days with an additional one day for each year of service
up to 20 days
• Eight paid holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, plus one additional Paid Holiday of choice
• LTD bus pass
