CFD - Jack of All Trades (Eugene, OR)

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provider support for a non-profit mental health and
alcohol and other drug recovery agency. Applicant should have experience with providing customer
service, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to provide basic trouble-shooting. Experience
with Active Directory, including group policy, server and backup management a plus.

Requirements of the job:
• Quickly be able to diagnose, isolate, and resolve hardware and software issues over the phone
and onsite
• Assist Administrative Coordinator with server, workstation, and network configurations,
installations, and ongoing maintenance in Microsoft Windows based environments
• Multi-task well and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Accurately and thoroughly document work performed without missing details
• Perform well under pressure and in an occasionally stressful environment
• Be available for some evening/weekend server work
• Stay on task and work without supervision, moving from project to project seamlessly

10 hours per week,  $10-20/hour depending upon experience.
