Description:
This position is with the Lane County Circuit Court in the Information Technology Team.
The purpose of this position is to provide team leadership; mentor, train and assign work to Technical Support Specialist 3’s. Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution, consulting with technical experts and Enterprise Technology Services Division staff regarding the most difficult problems, and perform advanced systems analysis work; provide advice and make recommendations to the Deputy Trial Court Administrator regarding the application of new and existing software and hardware to court operations; interact with other programmers, analysts, and staff to facilitate installation and implementation of information systems components. This position exercises a high level of independent decision making authority.

Qualifications:
The qualified applicant must, at a minimum, be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in at least three of the following areas: Network Management; Desktop Management; Server Management; Project Management; Database Administration; or Storage Area Networking. AND
Have at least two years of experience providing front-line installation, configuration, and support services for personal computers.
Preference may be given to applicants with experience in: Leading a technology team; Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Server and Windows Storage Server operating systems in a virtual server and virtual storage environment; and Installing, configuring, imaging and supporting PC hardware and software Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
