Under the direction of a SR. RF Engineering Manager, performs a variety of duties to support the Field Engineers. Focus on providing exceptional service to Engineering Team in delivering the T-Mobile promise. Responsibilities - Partner with the Market Strategy team working on customer experience Analytics - Optimization initiatives to improve end user experience on the Seattle Network. - Deep dive into the employee reported network issues and wide spread customer issues. - Data Analytics - Visualization of technical data – KPI’s , UE measurements , SR’s , DT , Prediction etc. - Data Mining, Automation, Create Dashboards to drive operational efficiencies. - Statistical analysis - regression, interpolation, trending, reporting of data to assist in coming up clear cut actions which will solve issues. - System & Action automation for TT & Alarms - Predictive Analytics to enhance end user experience - Single Rf tool platform realization - - SON , UE Measurements - Carrier IQ Functional and Technical Skills - Candidates should have very strong skill set in the following areas: - Software development - Coding & Scripting - Front end visualization & Backend database management - Strong problem solving abilities and strong critical thinking. - Strong communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). - Poses analytical and support skills that are required to service an enterprise account. - Keep aware of all changes by reading and understanding documentation provided either through automated knowledge system, team meetings, training, email or other means. - Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Telecommunication Background of Candidates: - Candidates should have background experience, skills, and/or education appropriate to position description. - Candidates must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be currently enrolled in school or post graduation of six months. - Background checks are required for interns. - T-Mobile requires that individuals considered for internships are a minimum of 18 years of age and have the right to work in the United States.
