The Role:

Energy GPS LLC is seeking a Junior Software Developer with multiple
programming languages and relational database experience. You will help our
team with data warehousing, data transformation, and developing models and
reports for our end-users. We seek an individual who is highly motivated to

projects under tight deadlines.

Targeted Core Competencies:

Experience with the following:
-Proficient reading and understanding code. Prefer knowledge of
Microsoft.NET platform which includes C#, VB.NET, Linq, ASP.NETASP.NET
MVC, and WCF.
-Database development experience (Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle) and
working with large relational databases.
-Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Access development experience.
-Data parsing and experience with regular expressions is a plus!
-Ability to quickly learn new languages and tools in order to meet the
changing needs of our business as it grows.

Participate in daily scrum meetings for defect status, priority and
information exchange

QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,

Minimum of 3 years of formal software testing experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with test management software (TestSuite,
Jira) to conduct functional, regression and performance testing, evaluate
test results, report and manage defects

Ability to define and generate meaningful test metrics

Experience in all stages of application testing, including backend testing,
functional, usability, regression, load/stress and performance testing

Experience testing applications for iOS and/or Android

Prior experience in a video game development arena

Experience working in an agile development process

this research.

The optimal candidate will have experience with MATLAB and JavaScript.

These services are used by faculty, staff, and students from the general University population. This position provides primary programming support for CASIT's web development service and programming support as needed for College of Arts and Sciences projects. Duties include:
